Chad spent 19 years teaching middle science in the San Francisco Bay Area. Having assembled and managed professional learning communities at multiple school sites he understands the struggle that all teachers and particularly new teachers face in developing high quality lessons. He believes that human-centered artificial intelligence will transform K-12 education and is dedicated to building the future of education with like-minded entrepreneurs.
Joel has over a decade of experience working at multiple Silicon Valley tech companies building product and managing dev teams at scale. Joel understands that accessing school curriculum can be challenging for students and believes that the application that Sunrise is building will have the power to enhance student learning at all grade levels.
